Every figure on this page is from our HVAC work, and each client is named and linked so you can see the live site. None of them predicts what a new city will produce. What they do show is the separate parts of a launch working: building a new brand, moving fast in the first quarter, scaling pages, and growing leads steadily. Below is what each result shows, and what a company opening a new market can reasonably take from it.

GasBoilers.ca: a new brand standing on its own
This is the nearest thing in our published work to launching a new market. GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat as its own brand and website. Today the division covers 26+ BC communities, and customers have given it 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.
What transfers to a city launch:
- a separate brand can work when the service and audience are distinct
- covering many communities is possible when each one is served genuinely
- reviews are built job by job; a rating like that comes from asking consistently
What doesn't transfer automatically: all of those communities are in BC. Crossing into a new province adds licensing and regulatory steps, covered on our areas pages.
BCWide.ca: what a focused first 90 days can do
BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days. For a launch, the first quarter is when paid search carries most of the load, and the question is how quickly the plan starts producing calls.
What transfers: a narrow focus, clear service pages and tight targeting can move numbers inside one quarter. What doesn't: a new city starts from zero, so "three times" a small starting number is still small. Use the launch sequence guide to set realistic early targets.
BoilerPart.ca: pages at scale, done properly
BoilerPart.ca runs 2,000+ programmatic pages and saw 180% organic traffic growth. It's relevant because the temptation in a city launch is to publish dozens of location pages at once.
The lesson is the opposite of copy-paste. Pages at scale work when each page answers a distinct, real search. For a new city, that means starting with the core service pages and adding area pages only where there's genuine local content, as our launch website service does.
CombiBoiler.ca and CanroHeat.ca: the long game
CombiBoiler.ca shows what a specialised site can build over time: 300% ROI, 300+ monthly leads and 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords. CanroHeat.ca shows 250% lead growth for an established heating company.
For a launch, these are the destination rather than the starting point. They show what organic visibility can eventually carry, which is why the launch plan steps paid search down as organic work matures.
How to read results honestly
- Ask what the starting point was. Growth percentages depend on where a company started.
- Ask how long it took. Some results took months or years.
- Ask what's comparable. A niche product site and a new-city branch face different competition.
- Check the live site. Every client here is linked.

Frequently asked questions
Are these results from city launches?
Some are closer to a launch than others. GasBoilers.ca is a new division built as its own brand, which is the nearest parallel. The others show parts of the method, such as a strong first quarter or a large page build, that a launch relies on.
Can you promise the same results in our new city?
No. Results depend on the city's competition, your prices and close rate, your call handling and how long the work runs. We can show what the method produced for these companies, and how we would measure progress for yours.
Where can I see more case studies?
The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page. Each client named here is linked so you can see the live site.
Why don't you show client quotes or reviews of your agency?
Because we only publish verifiable results, named and linked. You can visit each site, look at how it's built and judge for yourself.
