Monthly plans

Three plans, each building on the one before.

Plan Price What's included
Starter $2,998/month The foundation: a site with SEO-ready service pages, your Google Business Profile and local SEO, a basic Google and Meta ads setup, hosting and upkeep, and a monthly report
Growth $4,498/month Starter's scope, then deeper SEO and content work, paid ads across several channels with retargeting, a CRM connection, a review-generation process, and reports every week
Elite $8,998/month Growth's scope, then video and PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your needs

For most launches, Growth is the right starting point. Weekly reporting matters when you're watching a new branch's cost per booked job, and review generation is central to building a profile in a city where nobody knows you yet.

Websites

If the new city needs its own site or a substantial new section, websites are a one-time package plus monthly hosting.

Package Price What you get
Essential $3,500 one-time A custom 5–7 page site delivered in 2–3 weeks, then $149/month for hosting and upkeep
Professional $6,500 one-time A 10–15 page site designed around conversions, built in 3–4 weeks, then $249/month for hosting, upkeep and CRO
Enterprise $12,500 one-time No cap on pages or locations, built over 4–6 weeks, then $449/month for complete management

Most single-city launches fit Professional. Enterprise suits companies planning several cities on one platform. The launch website service explains how we decide.

What drives the cost of a launch

The plan fee is predictable; the variables are ad spend and how long the launch phase lasts. The main drivers:

  • Competition in the city. Crowded metros need more ad spend for longer, because map and organic visibility take longer to build.
  • Size of the first service area. A tight service area costs less to cover well than a whole metro.
  • Brand approach. A new section on your existing site is cheaper than a separate brand.
  • Language. A Quebec launch needs French-first content, and Nunavut has its own language rules.
  • Number of cities. Each additional market brings its own ad spend, its own pages and its own review-building effort, so plan them as separate budgets.

A worked first-year budget

Here's a way to test whether the fees make sense against your own numbers. Say you choose Growth for twelve months:

  • Growth plan: $4,498 × 12 = $53,976
  • 5% GST, the rate in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the territories: $2,698.80
  • Total plan cost for the year: $56,674.80, before ad spend

Now compare it with your gross margin per job. If your average replacement is $9,500 at a 35% gross margin, each job brings about $3,325. The plan fee alone is covered by about 17 replacement jobs over the year, before ad spend and before service and maintenance revenue. Our market sizing guide shows how to estimate whether the new city can realistically produce that many jobs, and the market sizing service builds the sheet for you. These figures are illustrative; use your own ticket and margin.

The 7-day free trial

Every engagement can start with a 7-day free trial, with no credit card required. In that week we audit your marketing, test your website's performance, review your SEO and benchmark competitors. For a launch, we point the competitor benchmarking at the city you're considering, so you see who you'd be up against before committing to anything. There's no lock-in afterwards.

How to choose

  • One city, moderate competition: Growth, plus a Professional website if you need new pages.
  • Small city, few competitors, tight budget: Starter can be enough.
  • Several cities, or a large metro: Elite, often with an Enterprise website.
  • Not sure yet: start with the free trial and the market sizing, then decide.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan suits a new-city launch?

Growth fits most launches, because it adds multi-channel ads, retargeting, CRM integration, review generation and weekly reporting, which matter most in the first months. Starter can work for a small, low-competition city. Elite suits companies launching several markets at once.

Is ad spend included?

No. Plans cover setup, management and reporting. Ad spend goes directly from your own account to Google or Meta, so you always see exactly what was spent and keep the account history.

Is there a contract?

None. Plans continue month to month, and the 7-day free trial at the start asks for no credit card.

What does the free trial include?

Four checks: an audit of your current marketing, a look at how your website performs, a review of your search visibility, and a benchmark of competitors. For a launch, the benchmark covers the companies already ranking in your target city.

Do prices include GST or HST?

No. A city launch is billed in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST for your province (GST and QST in Quebec).
